The Qualisports Dolphin Electric Folding Bike has a 350W High-Speed Geared Mid Motor. All of our Electric Bikes are FOLDING bikes that easily fold down to a compact size for easy storage and transportation. The DOLPHIN is built with a solid Aluminum Frame that can support up to a 220lb rider. Our customized 350W high-speed geared brushless motor weighs only 2.2KG but it has 40 N.M torque, so you can easily go up hills with over 18° of steepness. We use 20-inch wheels to get up to 20 MPH speed.

In 2016, Qualisports, released its first lightweight folding electric bike named “Nemo” which only weighs 30lbs, we obtained and secured a patent that features our hidden seat post battery design. This design makes our E-Bikes stylish, unique, and distinguished from all the other battery designs in the market.

After 18K units sold and tons of feedbacks on the Nemo, Qualisports proceeded to launch our E-Bike named the “Volador”. This folding e-bike was upgraded with a 350W motor, Shimano 7 Speed shifting, 20 x 1.95 Kenda road tires, and brilliantly paired up with a 36V 7-Ah Samsung hidden battery design. The Volador weighs only 40lbs and it has become very popular with commuters and land explorers alike and has also received a great review.

Following the success of the “Volador”, we set out to push the boundaries and challenged our engineering team to recreate, redesign, and redefined an E-Bike that was functional and adaptable to various terrains and a cyclist lifestyle. Now we are offering the Dolphin as our latest design.

We have designed a unique battery system inside the seat post, saving space and allowing easy disconnection for security and for easy recharging at home. And our Battery Management System is also important, It keeps your battery safe from over-charging, as well as reaching high temperatures and overheating. The BMS also manages all the cells to work more efficiently to offer you a longer range. Estimate 30 miles per charge. Takes 3 hours to charge up.

Our smart braking system uses front and rear 160mm disc brakes that automatically alerts the Cruise Control, Throttle, and PAS system. Our Pedal Assist System gives you 7 levels of assisted riding plus Throttle control to ride like a scooter, use Cruise Control Mode or you can just peddle it like a regular bike too. The PAS sensor detects your intention and adjusts as needed, connecting the 12 sensor points and controller with the LCD display. Available in Glossy Metallic Grey / Satin Black.

EASY FOLD AND EASY GO

Qualisports folding structure makes the folding size only 830*480*700mm, weighing only 50lbs. It can easily fit in the back of an SUV, in the trunk of a car, RV and easily folds for ease of transportation.

BIGGER BATTERY

The Dolphin features a 14Ah Samsung battery, hidden in our patented seat post battery system that lasts longer, is more efficient, and encased with a full battery-cell protection sleeve. This e-bike will allow Qualibikers to ride between 50-60 miles of utilizing the PAS (Pedal Assist) mode and 30 miles range on the throttle mode in a single charge.

The intergraded customized BMS system protects the battery from overcharging, overheating, stabilizes, and regulates the current output.

SMOOTHER RIDING

The Re-programmed FOC controller offers Quali-bikers a more enjoyable and comfortable riding experience.

This is accomplished by the integration of our components mentioned above to provide a smoother fluid motor engagement.

We also intergraded a multi-function LCD display on board together with a 12 dots Cadence Sensor to help the riding experience more enjoyable. The LCD panel has the following visual indicators on it. 5 levels of PAS (Pedals Assist levels - 5 levels), battery level indicator, timer, speed, distance, average speed, trip distance, trip timer, ODO, max speed, battery voltage indicator, Lamp on/off, backlights, walking mode and cruise control mode.

STRONGER MOTOR

The rear-mounted 350W brushless geared motor has been re-engineered from inside and out. New material was utilized in the gears producing a stronger magnetic field is applied inside the motor which achieves a more powerful and efficient motor that will endure a longer lifespan.

STRONGER FRAME

The Dolphin has been crafted and tested under our strict guidelines and procedures. The frame is made of 6061 Aluminum which is an industry-standard known for its lightweight and strength, allowing our bikes to appeal to and support heavier cyclists.
